Key Preparation Tips

  • No Need To Take Stress: External exams are relatively easy or at least not as difficult as you think, most of the essays and short answers are we can guess. if you want you can order all-in-one notes I prepared for BSc nursing first semester exams which cover the syllabus and previous questions. otherwise, if you have more time you can prepare from the standard books I listed on the first sem page, link given at the bottom of this page.
  • Practice Different Question Types: Most times essay questions in the previous years as short questions this year. topics being the same you need to manage to write the answer according to marks it asked for to manage the time so prepare for essays by practising long, structured answers on key topics. For short and very short answers, focus on summarizing concepts effectively.
  • MCQs: How much syllabus you prepare you miss out on MCQ questions so I suggest you not stress more on 1-mark questions. prepare for high mark questions like essays and short answers automatically you can attempt most of the MCQs or at least you can guess the answers from given options. but do not waste more time on MCQs
  • Time Management: Since each paper is 3 hours long and covers two subjects, practice dividing your time effectively. Allocate roughly 1.5 hours per subject, ensuring you have enough time to attempt all questions without rushing.
